Beth and Mike said, “I do” on the most beautiful late September day in Virginia Beach. The day started off at the beautiful Princess Anne Country Club where everyone got dressed and ready. I have never been to the PACC before but was blown away by the southern hospitality of the staff and charming details throughout the bridal suite and reception space. Beth looked absolutely stunning wearing her mother’s wedding dress that had been slightly reconstructed to reflect her own style. The lace applique on the top part of the dress and on the trim of her train was gorgeous! We then headed to St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church for their ceremony. In a traditional Catholic ceremony, Beth and Mike were pronounced husband and wife in front of their closest family and friends. After a quick drive back to the country club, guests were escorted to the outside patio for a beautiful sunset cocktail hour. The day absolutely felt like it was flying by so it was so wonderful slowing down a bit for Beth and Mike’s portraits out on the green. Just as the sun was setting, the reception kicked off and in no time, the dance floor was flooded with guests! I thoroughly enjoyed capturing as many epic dance shots as I could and these guests made it all too easy for me! All the credit goes to their outstanding DJ, Roger from Astro Entertainment!
Beth and Mike are so incredibly kind, warm-hearted and loved by so many! It was truly an honor getting to be a part of their special day and I wish them all the love and happiness as they begin this new chapter of their lives! Hope you two have the most incredible honeymoon traveling around Europe!!
